Open Or Closed Book
Contracts run on an open book cost-plus basis or a closed book fixed rate, whichever suits how you want to buy. Agreed term either way, so you know what you are committing to.
Dedicated Vehicles And Drivers
Vehicles and drivers working exclusively on your account, with our pallet network available at agreed rates whenever your volumes exceed the fleet's capacity. We will also tell you when a change in fleet size would save you money, and branded vehicles are available on long term contracts.
On-Site Management
Depending on the size of the fleet, we can put a supervisory or management team on your site, so the people running your distribution are in the building with the people who need it.

What volume do I need for this to make sense?
Enough to keep dedicated vehicles working. Rather than quote a threshold, send us your pallet volumes and lanes and we will tell you honestly whether a dedicated fleet beats buying on pallet rates. Sometimes it does not, and you are better off staying on the network.
What is the difference between open and closed book?
Open book is cost-plus. You see the actual running costs and pay an agreed margin on top. Closed book is a fixed rate per vehicle or per delivery, agreed up front. Open book gives you transparency, closed book gives you certainty. We are happy either way.
Who holds the operator licence?
We do. We manage the O Licence, supply the drivers and vehicles and run the deliveries, so you get a dedicated fleet without the compliance burden of operating one.
What happens when my volumes spike above the fleet's capacity?
The overflow goes onto our regular fleet and the pallet network at agreed rates. You are not stuck because the dedicated vehicles are already out, and you are not paying to keep spare capacity standing idle for the peaks.
Can the vehicles carry our branding?
Yes, on long term contracts. Your name on the vehicle at your customer's door rather than ours.
