Any Questions?

We've tried to answer some questions in our FAQ.

What does the Palletforce partnership mean for me?

It gives you a national network without losing a local supplier. Over 150 depots and 4,000 vehicles cover every UK postcode, but you deal with us throughout and we hold the relationship with your customer.

How long does delivery take?

Next working day as standard across the UK mainland. Highlands and Islands run on a 2 to 3 day service. We confirm the delivery day when we quote.

Can I track my pallets?

Yes. Every pallet is scanned through the network and visible on the track and trace system, so you can see where a consignment is without ringing to ask.

Who do I speak to if something goes wrong?

Us. We remain your point of contact from collection to delivery, whichever depot is handling the leg in question. You are not passed between carriers.

What happens at peak times?

Peak and business continuity planning are built into the network, which is the main reason we use it. Capacity is planned ahead of the busy periods rather than scrambled for when they arrive.

How We Work

Modern systems, fewer and friendlier miles, better work environments. We plan every load for efficiency, invest in a lower-emission fleet, and treat open and honest communication as the reason customers stay with us.
