Which countries do you cover?
Twenty-seven destinations across mainland Europe, covering both EU and non-EU countries, plus Ireland. The full list is above. If your destination is not on it, ask anyway and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
Who handles the customs paperwork?
We do. Customs documentation and declarations are included as part of the service, so you are not appointing a separate broker or chasing a third party for a document.
How often do services run?
Daily. Scheduled departures to mainland Europe every working day, with the transit time confirmed at the point of quote.
How is it priced?
You get a full breakdown separating the transport charge from the customs administration charge. No single lump sum you cannot interrogate, and nothing hidden inside a rate.
Can I track a consignment across Europe?
Yes. Real time updates and delivery notifications throughout the journey, so you know where a pallet is without ringing to find out.
